A very spacious and bright three bedroom two bathroom townhouse, situated in a peaceful residential area of Mojacar Playa. Only 200 meters to the beach and sea front where you can find a selection of bars and restaurants.


The townhouse belongs to a very attractive and well-maintained community. There are two pools including a childrens pool plus a tennis court and gardens.


You enter the property via the front door which opens out in to a small hallway and then in to a very large split level dining and lounge area. The upper level consists of the dining area with a large table and chair set for six. Also on this level leading from the hallway is a separate WC and the kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, oven hob, washing machine etc. Leading from the kitchen is access to a small courtyard which is shaded with a small table and chair set.


There are then a couple of steps from the top level to the lower level which is where you will find the lounge area. Again, it is very spacious and comfortable. The lounge is equipped with satellite television, DVD player and a music system. The lounge and dining areas are very bright and are lit up by a large glass ceiling which comes with a foldout canopy so if it gets to warm, the canopy can be pulled across.


The rear patio (access via the lounge) is south-facing and has been designed to make the most of the sun. It is a private patio with beautiful plants and trees making it a lovely place to eat outside or to take in some of the summer sun. The first part of the patio contains the outside dining set which is a fantastic large wrought iron table and chairs set. This area has a pull-out canopy, meaning you can eat outside and not worry about getting too hot. The lower part of the patio is uncovered and is ideal to lie out and enjoy the weather. There is also a built in BBQ.


The first floor of the property consists of the sleeping accommodation. There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed. This bedroom is en suite with a modern granite bathroom with full bath and shower. There are twin doors that open to let in a lot of light which are fully covered with mosquito nets. This room is also air-conditioned.


The other two bedrooms are both twin rooms, again these are air-conditioned and both have doors that are mosquito netted.


Also on the first floor there is a family bathroom which has a full bath and shower.
The swimming pools and tennis court are accessed via a 20 second walk from the house. (Rackets and balls provided)


The pools, gardens and tennis court are exceptionally well-maintained and a pleasure to use.
