in the beautiful valley , “Valle Del
Tres Amigos”, and the lovely village
of Bedar is only a few minutes away. The
villa is less than twenty minutes to the
delightful coastal resort of Mojacar.
The accommodation of this villa is set
across two separate properties.
The first property, the cottage, is a spacious
two bedroom/two bathroom self-contained
property with a separate open plan lounge
diner and kitchen. The central room is a
large open plan lounge which is equipped
with English TV, DVD and has a Wi Fi connection.
There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining
area.
Leading off each side of the lounge are
the bedrooms with one being a double room
and the other a twin. Both bedrooms are
en suite.
The cottage also has its own terracing,
both covered and open. On the opposite side
of the pool, only fifteen meters away, is
the main villa.
The villa is split across two floors. The
ground floor consists of a very large lounge
with a huge “L” shaped sofa.
The lounge is equipped with English TV and
a full SKY package (sports & movies),
DVD player and music system.
A twin room can also be found on the ground
floor which has access to a WC and full
bathroom.
There is also a fully fitted modern kitchen
with every appliance from home. Leading
from the kitchen is a large bright dining
room with a wall of patio doors giving access
to an outside seating and eating area. The
dining room also has a sofa bed.
The upstairs of the villa consists of the
master double bedroom which has the luxury
of being en suite.
All of the rooms in both villas are cooled
by ceiling fans.
The property has been designed to take
advantage of its raised location with 360
degree views along the valley and down to
the coast. With a wooded hill to one side
and open countryside to the other, this
really is a spectacular setting.
There are plenty of terraces and patios
around the villa to relax and enjoy outside
dining. There is a covered comfy corner
with outside sofa and chairs to relax with
that cold glass of wine.
The pool area is just as impressive with
a massive 10m x 5m swimming pool, with plenty
of space for lounging and sun bathing all
around.
This property is ideal for two small families,
one large family or for a family of five
just in the main villa.
It is not recommended for children under
the age of seventeen to stay in the cottage
without an adult.
The two properties come as a package and
will not be rented out to separate bookings.
