The villa is entered though

main villa is situated to the right and
to the left is the standalone two bedroom
two bathroom annex.
The main villa consists
of a very large open plan lounge /diner
which is more than big enough to cater for
the full property. This area is exceptionally
bright with all four walls having either
windows or patio doors with beautiful mountain
views. The lounge also gives access to the
courtyard, terraces and a covered dining
terrace. The lounge comes furnished with
Satellite TV and DVD player.
The kitchen also leads
from the lounge / dining area. The kitchen
is very spacious and exceptionally well
equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,
coffer maker, microwave, cooker etc. The
covered dining terrace also leads off the
kitchen.
Also in the main villa
is the air-conditioned master bedroom. This
is a very spacious double bedroom with patio
doors offering amazing mountain views and
overlooking the pool. This bedroom is en
suite with a modern bathroom comprising
of a full bath/shower and twin sinks.
The annex is accessed via
a set of steps in the courtyard. The annex
consists of two bedrooms - one double bedroom
and one twin bedroom. Both are air-conditioned
and have en-suite bathrooms with showers.
There is a small kitchenette consisting
of a sink, kitchen units, fridge, kettle
and microwave. Each bedroom has patio doors
that lead on to their own private terraces
with seating and mountain views.
The pool area can either
be accessed via the main villa or through
the courtyard. The pool area is a magnificent
area to relax in with some of the best views
around! The pool is very secluded and private
and has a great covered area allowing you
to take a break from the sun.
Also leading from the pool
area is the lower terrace which is huge!
This is a great area to enjoy the sun setting
over the mountains. The terrace also makes
an ideal location for children to play as
it is large and open.
This villa has been designed
so that it can take advantage of its surrounding
views and to allow you to make the most
of the sun. The courtyard is an ideal place
to enjoy your morning breakfast in the early
sun. The covered area is then an ideal location
for lunch when the sun is at its peak. The
courtyard is perfect for an evening meal
and BBQ when the sun has moved behind the
mountains.
The setting is secluded,
peaceful and private and yet the town of
Turre with its shops and cafés is
only a 10 minute drive away. There are also
some excellent restaurants in Cabrera and
Cortijo Grande that are just a few minutes
drive away. Cortijo Grande also features
a beautiful golf course, which is a five
minute drive from the villa.
