is a fabulous detached Moorish-style villa
finished to an exceptional standard with
plenty of luxury touches. It has a fantastic
private pool with a separate summer house
and a variety of terraces. It is set in
the desirable Sierra Cabrera mountains,
yet it is only a 15 minute drive to the
beaches of Mojacar.
The property is entered via a gateway into
a private courtyard which then gives access
to the villa itself. Immediately upon entering
the villa, there is a sense of grandeur
with a large and attractively-furnished
hallway.
You then enter the large open-plan lounge
area which is bathed in light from a wall
of windows with views down towards the coast.
The lounge, like the rest of the villa has
been furnished in a modern and luxurious
style. The lounge consists of a large “L”
shaped sofa, wall mounted 42” satellite
TV, DVD player and stereo with wall-mounted
speakers.
Leading on from the lounge is a unique
circular dining room with circular table
and chairs for six people.
On the same level as the lounge and dining
area is the kitchen which is very spacious
and fully fitted with fridge freezer, oven
and hob, kettle, microwave etc. A door leads
out from the kitchen to an external utility
area for laundry.
At the far end of the villa on the same
floor is the main bedroom which has a double
bed, en suite shower room and also a private
balcony overlooking Cabrera. This room,
like all the bedrooms, has its own TV and
satellite receiver.
The lower floor consists of a further two
spacious bedrooms and again, both are en
suite and have their own TV. (Please note
that the TV’s can be removed from
the rooms if to be occupied by young children.)
Double patio doors lead out from the lounge
onto a spacious covered terrace with amazing
views. The covered terrace has two sofas
and also a dining table and chairs set.
Leading from the covered terrace is a smaller
open terrace, again with a table and chairs
set and parasol. The covered terrace has
automated blinds which make it very secluded
and wind free.
The pool area is accessed via the lower
floor through a lockable patio door.
The pool is a very good sized free-form
pool which is extremely private and secluded
with spectacular views. At one end of the
pool is a beautiful summer house where you
will find an additional table and chairs
set. Within the summer house there is also
a drinks fridge to keep that wine properly
chilled!
The property is fully air-conditioned and
also has central heating, making it an ideal
holiday home all year round. The setting
is secluded, peaceful and private and yet
the town of Turre with its shops and cafés
is only a 10 minute drive away. There are
also some excellent restaurants in Cabrera
and Cortijo Grande that are only a few minutes
drive away. Cortijo Grande also features
a beautiful golf course, which is a five
minute drive from the villa.
We also look after Casa Lorien which is
a neighbouring villa, making this an ideal
location for larger groups or families wanting
to holiday together.
