The villa has 2 self-contained apartments and Casa Limonero de Invierno is the lower-level apartment which is available for rentals of 30 days plus between November and April. Casa Limonero De Invierno is fully self-contained with its own private entrance. It opens onto a large terrace with dining for six, surrounded by established olive and lemon trees and enjoying lovely sea views.

Inside, the open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space. There is one twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes, along with two double bedrooms featuring king-size beds. One double bedroom benefits from a stylish ensuite shower room, while the second has direct access to a spacious bathroom featuring a stunning roll-top bath and a large walk-in shower. This bathroom also has a secondary access point for convenience from the twin room.

All bedrooms in this lower apartment are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and high-speed internet is available throughout the property.

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool, gas BBQ and a generous terrace area, and an awning to provide the perfect balance of sun and shade for relaxing days outdoors.
